It’s been a long time ago when I was a teen that I knew Carl. My grandmother Millie Tuttle worked at st law. as well and sometimes with Carl while there. They would sit and talk when there was a town function or dinner and that was where I remember being introduced. He was well loved & respected from what I remember.
