I worked with John on several projects at BOCES including rebuilding
Washington Ed. Ctr., Ogdensburg, Health Occ. Ctr., Norwood, Daycare Bldg., Ogdensburg.
I was proud of the work we did. John was always in charge and he was my friend. One of John’s sayings was “God hates a coward.” He was not afraid to tell a boss what he thought, even if they didn’t agree and usually, he could change their mind. May God comfort your family in their loss.
