GOUVERNEUR- Allen Wayne Conklin, age 64, passed away on September 25, 2019 at his home.
Allen was born on November 5, 1954 in Gouverneur to Howard L. and Elaine J. (Soto) Conklin. He attended Hermon-Dekalb School. A marriage to Penny Reed ended in divorce.
Surviving is his mother, Elaine; two children, Allen and Andrea Conklin; two brothers, Mark and Randy Conklin and a sister, Yvonne Conklin.
Allen is predeceased by his father, Howard and a brother, Howard J. Conklin.
