Obituary of Robert Lee Daniels

ANTWERP – Robert Lee Daniels, II, age 24, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse. Robert was born on July 8, 1994 in Watertown to Robert Daniels and Tammy Young. He attended Gouverneur Central School and worked as a Tower Climber for Paragon and Mastec in Horsham, PA for the past two years. In his free time, Robert loved spending time with his son and his nieces and nephews, family, and close friends. He enjoyed riding ATV's and motorcycles. He is survived by his mother, Tammy Young; his maternal grandmother, Annie Daniels; his son, Lincoln Cole Daniels; the mother of his son, Sara Cole; brothers, Cody Young and Shawn Mitchell; and his sisters, Erika Desormeaux and her companion, Jeremy Young, and Jessica Smith and her companion, Patrick Cyrus. Robert is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Pyper Young, Drake, Warren, and Kayson Desormeaux, Shelby and Abel Young, and Shantall, Leigha and Logan Sweet; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Robert is predeceased by his father, Robert Daniels, an infant son, and a niece, Allissa Sweet. Calling hours will be held at French Funeral Home in Gouverneur on Sunday, July 7, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Life held at the Oxbow Fire Hall.
