MORRISTOWN- Helen I. Watson, age 70, who was formerly of South Edwards, passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg.
Helen's calling hours will be on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. at French Funeral Home, Edwards. Her funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday with Rev. Tom Jones of the Edwards United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow at the South Edwards Cemetery. Helen was born on December 3, 1942 in the town of Edwards to the late Roy Robert and Ida May (Rushlo) Watson.
She is survived by five brothers, Walter L. of Richmond, VA, Donald B. of Harrisville, Leland R. of Watertown, William H. of Enterprise, FL and Raymond K. of South Edwards; three sisters, Bertha A. Kirker of Harrisville, Mary J. Youker of Little Falls and Beth M. Foster of Potsdam; and several nieces and nephews.
Helen is predeceased by her parents; a sister, Esther M. Longtin; and a brother and sister, Edward R. and Lila J. Watson who died in infancy.
