Obituary of Nyle H. Horne

FULLERVILLE – Nyle Harvy Horne, age 59, passed away at home on April 10, 2018 after a battle with cancer. Calling hours will be held at French Funeral Home in Gouverneur on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Following calling hours there will be a graveside gathering in the Fairview Cemetery in Edwards. Nyle was born on March 4, 1959 in Gouverneur to the late Lloyd K. and Mable A. (Clement) Horne. He attended the Gouverneur Central School and was a self-employed Fabricator; both with vehicles and stories. Nyle was a social guy who loved to party; always giving his holler to announce his presence. He loved working on hotrods; good bonfires, hunting and fishing. His survivors include his brothers and sisters-in-law, Barry and Lorraine, David and Sandra, Ricky and Jana, and Paul and June; good friend, Rod Dusharm; and his dog, Patch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Nyle is predeceased by his parents, his twin brother, Lyle, and brother, Sherwood.
