EDWARDS - Carole Joan McCarthy, age 66, of Edwards, passed away on October 23, 2012.

Her memorial service will be at French Funeral Home, 188 Main Street, Edwards, on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. There will be no calling hours.

Carole was born on December 1, 1945 in Stratford, CT. She was the daughter of the late Stanley and Theresa (Payne) Stewart.

Carole married Eugene J. McCarthy. The couple has lived throughout the United States, having moved to Edwards, NY eight years ago.

In addition to her husband, Carole is survived by three daughters, Susan and William Hill of Edwards, NY, Sharon and Gary Erickson of Idaho, Debbie McCarthy of California; three sons, Sean and Brenda McCarthy of Washington, David McCarthy and Fabiola Urzua of California, Patrick McCarthy and Holly Marcy; and eleven grandchildren.
