Dear Pam and family;
I just recently learned of Rhody's passing -- I am so sorry to hear about it -- she was such a WONDERFUL person (as was Bill too). I will never forget the kindness that she (and Bill) showed to my family. They were so supportive when our first child was born, and helped with lots of parental advice! I still remember the lovely boat cruise they took us on out to Cranberry Lake. It was always such a pleasure to visit, and the Will Rogers' residents enjoyed all the trips we made to Wanakena. Rhody also had that constant smile and twinkle in her eye that was so contagious and full of mischief. I loved the way that she saw fun in everything. She will be missed immensely, by all her many friends, her loving family, and by the Kanze family -- Debbie, Ed, Ned and Tasman.

My dear Aunt Rosalie...I always felt warm and welcome in her presence. The last time mom and I went to visit her in Wanakeena, I thought what a perfectly peaceful place for her to call home. She reminded me of Grammy when she spoke-her tone ,her mannerisms,and the direct look in my eyes.When I heard of her passing, I immediately thought of Uncle Bill and Gregg waiting to welcome her to her eternal home. My dad is most likely stepping aside for their glorious reunion shouting-Praise the Lord! She will be missed......

Dear Pam and Family. You are on our minds and in our hearts. The loss of your mother/grandmother is a great one for sure. Rodie became a friend to us almost as soon as we came riding into Wanakena. She opened her warm heart to us and we quickly became friends. Her warm and cheerful smile and joy about living was infectious. We will always remember our visits with her; "What can I get you? How about some cookies and coffee? Come on over here and choose your coffee (after she got a new Keurig). What did you do today? Are you having a good time?" All said with such enthusiasm that made us feel so lifted up after we left her presence. We will miss her so but know that her spirit will always be among us. Peace be with each of you.
