Q: What was Connie really good at?
A: Mrs.Tubbs was one of the best teachers a student could ask for. I had the privilege of being one of her fifth grade students at Fowler elementary school. My fifth grade class was the last class to graduate from Fowler and Mrs Tubbs made our last year one to remember. She taught us everything we needed to know in such a short time, and told us so many life lesson and prepared us for middle school. She will forever will be one of my favorite teachers. Back in June, I saw her and she knew exactly who I was and was so happy to hear that I graduated from Elmira College just like she did. She told me she knew I would pass my state exam and offically become a Registered Nurse just like I always talked about in 5th grade. And she was right. Mrs. Tubbs always remembered her students, she was one special teacher that touched so many students! Rest in Peace Mrs. Tubbs ❤️
