RUSSELL- Stephen R. Gollinger, age 69, of Russell, NY passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at his home.

Stephen was born on May 30, 1955 in Canton, NY to the late William and Lillian (Porter) Gollinger. He graduated from Knox Memorial School in Russell in 1973. On August 25, 1977, he married Kimberly Carlin at the Pilgrim Holiness Church in Russell. Stephen was a mechanic and part owner of the Wood Chop Shop. He also did some logging for many years. He loved shopping, going out to eat and watching Gun Smoke.

Surviving is his wife, Kimberly; two sons, Christopher and Carlin Gollinger; six grandchildren, Peyton, Kelsi, Gunnar, Gerica, Violet and Owen; four brothers, Gary and Shirley, Tom and Robin, Kevin and Tammy and Scott and Angie; four sisters, Bonnie and Richard Ashley, Cindy and Reggie Murdie, Janet and David Church and Jill and Rory Mouthorp; sisters-in-law Sandy Daniels, Carol Sayer and Gerry and Tom Miner.

Stephen is predeceased by his parents, William and Lillian; two brothers, Rick and Jeff Gollinger; a sister, Donna Gollinger; a sister-in-law Lena Gollinger and a brother-in-law Terry Daniels.
