EDWARDS- Peggy L. Baxter, age 50, of Edwards, NY passed away on Friday, July 5, 2024 at Gouverneur Hospital.

Peggy was born on August 20, 1973 in Massena, NY to the late Francis and Della (Sawyer) Pike. She attended St. Lawrence Central School and then married Howard Baxter on August 22, 1992.

Peggy enjoyed watching cooking shows and Don Peck's Auction on Facebook. Her family was everything to her. She loved her children and adored her grandchildren. She always referred to her husband Howard as her hero. She also had a special love for Alex and Rachel TenEyck and Tyler TenEyck and Mark Rhodes.

Surviving is her husband, Howard; a daughter, Telishia Baxter; two sons, Howard and William Baxter; two granddaughters, Madison and Della; three sisters, Becky Ryan, Tammy Farnsworth and Penny Pike and several nieces and nephews.
