PLEASANT LAKE – Terry Johnson, age 69, of Pleasant Lake, passed away unexpectedly on April 13, 2024 in Winchester, VA.

There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 3:15 p.m. in the New St. James Cemetery in Gouverneur. Arrangements are with French Funeral Home in Gouverneur. Condolences may be shared at www.frenchfuneralhomes.com.

Terry was born on September 17, 1954 to the late Oliver and Marguerite (Refici) Johnson. He graduated from Gouverneur Central School and worked in construction for various companies.

Terry loved fishing and playing horseshoes. He was a very intelligent man who enjoyed watching football, baseball, and the History Channel.

He is survived by ten siblings, James Johnson, Linda Hutton, Richard Johnson, Judy Strickland, Mary Popke, Vickie Merrill, Diane Miller, Michael Johnson, Timothy Johnson, and Nancy Zandy.
