RUSSELL – Marsha M. White, age 75, of Russell, passed away on April 16, 2024 at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg.

There will be a graveside service held in Fairview Cemetery in Edwards on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements are with French Funeral Home in Edwards. Condolences may be shared online at www.frenchfuneralhomes.com.

Marsha was born on June 6, 1948 in Edwards to the late Floyd and Dorothy (Hall) Watson. She attended the Edwards Central School and went to Paul Smith College for their culinary program. She owned and operated the Wayside Restaurant in Russell. A Marriage to Darrell Brownell ended in divorce.

Marsha lived in Canada for 20 years before returning to the States in 1995.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth J. and Kate Brownell and Andrew and Vicky Brownell, and siblings, Jane Bullock, Jim and Terry Watson, and Guy and Kathy Watson, and five grandchildren, Braydan, Danielle, Kirstan, Kyle and Matthew and four great grandchildren.

She is predeceased by two brothers, Mark and Robert Watson.
