WATERTOWN- Jessica Lynn Prashaw, age 42 of Watertown and formerly of Gouverneur, passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Wynn Hospital in Utica.

Jessica was born on July 25, 1981 in Gouverneur Hospital to Robert Prashaw and Patricia Cardinell. She attended school in Gouverneur and Tennessee. She was also taking some online courses in college. Jessica was very independent and loved helping out others. She loved reading, watching movies and driving around.

Surviving is her father, Robert Prashaw; two sisters, Bridget Prashaw-Bell and her husband Wayne and Bobbi Sue Prashaw and her companion Richard Cyrus; three brothers, Robert and Jennifer Prashaw III, Rob Rathbun and his fiancé Melinda Abbott and Travis and Holly Rathbun; her grandmother, Bonnie Barker; step sisters, Amy, Hope and Tanya Macaulay; a step mother, Elizabeth Rathbun; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jessica is predeceased by her mother, Patricia Cardinell; step mother, Kathy Prashaw; grandmother, Myrtle Cardinell and grandfather, Robert Prashaw.
