DEKALB - Patricia "Pat" Morrison, known to many as Mimi, beloved wife, mother, sister, neighbor, and caregiver, passed away Friday, April 23, 2026. She dedicated her career to helping others through United Helpers and Florida Mentor. Mimi was a legendary cook and baker; her fudge and chocolate chip cookies brightened many days. She lived for and loved her family, enjoyed a good glass of wine, and her warmth and quick humor will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband Dayton Harry Morrison, her daughters Tracy Moore sil Tony Moore, Erin Morrison, her son David Morrison, and her grandchildren; Allyssa "Lissa" Morrison, Anthony Moore, Cameron Murphy, Dakota Morrison, BillieJo Dayton Carlin Morrison. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a future date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society. Condolences may be shared online at www.frenchfuneralhomes.com.
