CLEVELAND, NY- Patricia E. Cameron, age 80, of Cleveland, NY and formerly of Russell, NY, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at St. Joseph Hospital in Syracuse.

There will be calling hours for Patricia on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 3:00-4:00 p.m. at French Funeral Home, Edwards. Her funeral service will immediately follow at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Howard Maxson officiating. Burial at Pleasant View Cemetery in Clare will be at a later date. Patricia was born on March 17, 1945 in DeGrasse, NY to the late Melford H. and Lida A. (Tousley) Towne. She graduated from Knox Memorial School in Russell in 1964. On May 31, 1968, she married Floyd E. Cameron at the Russell United Methodist Church. Patricia stayed home to raise their three daughters.

In her free time, Patricia enjoyed crocheting, working on crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles and reading. She was a member of the Cleveland United Methodist Church and she enjoyed volunteering and helping with the women's group there.

Surviving is her husband, Floyd; their three daughters, Pamela (Howard) Given, Paula (Gary) McCartney and Norine (Jamie) Briggs; three brothers, John, Douglas and Donald Towne; a sister, June Briggs, four grandchildren, Alyssa, Shane (Gianna), Samantha and Sabrina and several nieces and nephews.

Patricia is predeceased by her parents; three brothers, William "Bill", Barry and Richard "Dick" Towne and four sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" Reynolds, Bonnie Stubbs, Gwendolyn Harper and Barbara Pike.
