Eleanor Joyce Rose, formerly Bishop, passed away on November 6, 2025, at the age of 89 in Las Vegas, NV. Born on July 11, 1936, in Gouverneur, NY, Eleanor was dearly loved by those who knew her and she will be deeply missed.
Eleanor is survived by her sister, Vivian Beyea; her children, Donald, Elaine, Carol, Sheila, Diana, and Trina; and a cherished lineage that includes many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, along with a great nephew, CT. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Hilda Bishop; her former husband, Donald Rose; nieces Crystal and Laurie; a son John, and granddaughter Brandy.
Memorial services in Gouverneur and Las Vegas are pending.
