EDWARDS – Phillip Daniel Thomas, affectionately known as Danny, age 53, of Edwards, passed away on July 16, 2024 at Albany Medical Center.

Calling hours will be held at French Funeral Home in Edwards on Monday, July 22, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. His burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. His family requests no flowers, please. There will be a memorial service held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 28345 NY 342, Black River, NY 13612 on Saturday, July 27th at 2:00 p.m. All are welcome to join.

Danny was born on July 6, 1971 in Gouverneur to George and Beverly (Sloan) Thomas. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Danny loved watching JW.org videos and loved watching his congregation meetings on zoom when he wasn't able to attend in person. He was a very loving, amazing and affectionate kid.

He is survived by his parents, George and Beverly Thomas, sister, Trina and Peter Perone, brothers, George, III and Mary Thomas, Tracy and Karla Thomas, and Mark and Ginger Thomas, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
