Posts to the tribute of Bret W. Martin

Bret was a lifelong friend whose passing leaves a deep void in my soul. Memories of building a woodshed at my camp, muskrat meatloaf and target practice at his dad's gunshop along with many others will hopefully provide solace. To Cindy, MacKenzie and Matt, your loss cannot be imagined. We have truly lost a great man.

While Bret was an internet friend, I got to know him pretty well. I regret being in to much of a hurry while passing through New York to meet up for coffee. He was always very helpful to others, both online and in the real world. His fixing the fence for an absent neighbor spoke volumes about his character. We are greatly diminished by his passing. Rest in peace, sir!
