DEPYSTER- Jeanne T. Raven, age 83, of Depeyster, NY passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2013 in Melbourne, FL. There will be a graveside service on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Lake Cemetery in Macomb, NY. Arrangements are with French Funeral Home, Gouverneur. Condolences may be made online at www.frenchfuneralhomes.com. Jeanne was born on November 13, 1929 in Gouverneur, NY to the late Earl and Alice (Hughes) Truax. She graduated from Gouverneur High School in 1948. Jeanne married Douglas Raven on May 13, 1950 at the Truax family home in Macomb. Douglas passed away in October of 1996. Jeanne was a homemaker. She enjoyed cross stitching and knitting. Surviving is a daughter and son-in-law, JoAnn E. and Stephen Robinson of Massena; two grandchildren, Michelle Mielke of Melbourne, FL and Marc Robinson of Melbourne, FL and four great grandchildren, Isabelle, Abigail, Elijah and Olivia Robinson. Jeanne is predeceased by a daughter, Dianne Susan Raven and two brothers, Robert and David Truax.
